David received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in the name of Jesus in 1967 at the age of 9 years old. He married his wife Violet in 1981 and soon they became members of the United Pentecostal Church in Ozark, IL., which was David’s childhood home church.
Through the years they have served in several churches throughout the fellowship, Crainville, IL., Effingham, IL., Mattoon, IL. and Leesburg VA. They have filled roles of Sunday School teachers, choir members, and prayer leaders in these various churches.
David became a licensed minister with the UPCI organization in 2021 in the Virginia District.
David & Violet moved to Florida and became members of Faith World in 2022 and has become a member of the ministry team and has served in areas of outreach and teaching of New Life classes for people coming into the church. Violet began to serve as the Choir Director in 2023.
